System Requirements

Since all Aspex Solutions systems are 100% web based, system requirements are low. There is absolutely nothing to install on your server. In fact, you don't even need one! All that is required is a web browser and Adobe Acrobat Reader, both of which can be downloaded for free.

Our applicant-facing technologies support:

Mac and PC HTML 4 browsers with 640x480 resolution.

The administrator-facing technologies support:

Mac and PC HTML 5 browsers (Safari, Mozilla, Netscape 7+, IE 5+) with 800x600 resolution.

Step 1: Sign Up for AppliTrack

Step 2: Receive Welcome to AppliTrack Email

AppliTrack will be delivered to you typically within 24-hours. Your system will already be loaded with your State certification types, job categories, job types, four reference forms, several eForms, and the most common types of applications used in by other organizations in your State.

Step 3: Choose the Best Implementation Process for Your Timeline

Express (go "live" in an hour)
Standard (go "live" within 2-4 weeks. The choice for most!)
Advanced (go "live" in 30-days or more depending on your own timeline)
